Shoot #3 - Saturday Night. The session in downtown Atlanta was a lot of fun, though we could have used more time (as always!) to get more images. We even ran into our friend Lauren who was photographing a wedding downtown.

The makeup artist for the evening was Kim and she was a lot of fun and transformed my friend Jennifer (who came back for a 2nd round!) into a knock out, false eyelashes and curls changed her whole look. No wonder her husband and son tagged along on the session.

Here's Kim in action working on Jennifer and Tamika.

Jennifer had a blast modeling for us again and looked fantastic. Here are some of my favorites of her.

Jennifer, dragged her friend Erika along to model for us as well, she did so well, even though she was a bit hesitant at first. She also made this dress look GREAT!

Tamika is a friend from an on-line moms community that I frequent. She is beautiful and you'd never guess that she had a baby recently! I love her laugh and had a great time with her. Her son RJ entertained us with jokes and kept Jennifer's son company during the shoot. I can't wait to work with her again. I have to get some family pics of her and the kids!

Here's all 3 of them! Beautiful Girls with attitude!!!

This weekend was a blast, and yes we'll have to do it again! Thanks again to all the models and makeup artists that helped with the shoots!

Look for the last installment very soon!!!

It was a great Saturday morning, good light, the woods, 4 beautiful girls & a fabulous makeup artist, what more could we have asked for but more time! I joined Ricki Chester and her daughter Ericka for the morning shoot while Mike played chauffer to our oldest son.

Tiara the makeup artist was amazing, she airbrushed the makeup on the girls quickly and the results speak for themselves. We'll definately want to have her back again. (We hope you stay in Atlanta, girl!) Here she is at work on two of the girls...

Sisters Nelya and Christine.

Christine is a friend of Ericka's and this dress just worked with her! I love these of her sitting on the wall. She reminds me of a fairy tale... all she needs is a frog to kiss.

Nelya (Christine's sister) was also one of our models and she looked fabulous in the dress. I wish I had gotten more time with her!

I missed the early morning bridal shoot with Courtney and Alissa, but I did get to shoot them later in the afternoon in their casual outfits. We had fun at Dunwoody Nature Center taking some fashion shots.

Courtney was amazing and even helped with the reflector making shooting even easier. These are just a few of my favorites of her.

Alissa was also fun. I loved her outfit and the boots (I need some girl shoes like these!) Here are my favorites...

Stay tuned for Saturday Night and Sunday's shoots. (I have MANY more images to sort through!)

This past weekend we held a bridal shoot featuring 13 "real women", wedding dresses and beautiful locations in Atlanta, Roswell and Dunwoody!

We were joined by our photographer friends Ricki Chester and Kandice Ledford for the 3 day extravaganza. Each day we were lucky enough to have make up and hairstyling provided for the girls, an assortment of beautiful gowns for them to wear and a beautiful boquet provided by a local florist.

Here are my favorites from Friday at Piedmont Park with Rebecca, Ashley and Jennifer. Mike will add his favorites to the blog, if of course, I let him near the computer :)

Thank you to Tynisha who provided Rebecca & Jennifer with hair styling and makeup.

Jennifer, a doula friend of mine, had a blast even though wearing a wedding dress was new to her :)

Rebecca was a trooper even though she felt miserable and the flowers in the boquet did not help with her allergies.

Ashley who is a client of Ricki's who recently married in the park , put her lovely dress back on and modeled for us.

All in all it was a great afternoon! Though I really wish I would have gotten a picture of the guy walking the cat on the leash, I can't convince mine to cooperate!

Stay tuned for Saturday & Sunday's sessions!
